We had a nice dinner at Pastor Iris' house.  

Pastor Iris held a great dinner for the sunday school teachers at her house this past Saturday. We had a luscious lasagna-type dish (Jenny said the name of the dish several times in Italian, but it was all "Greek" to me), pasta, and salad, followed by delicious ice cream cake. Sarah, me, Nick, Grace, Iris, Frank, Jenny, Fannie. We then had a nice evening of wild gambling and poker Texas Hold 'Em style. Just kidding. :)

Kids Gone Wild! Happy easter. My hyper 2nd grade sunday school kids. We didn't go easter egg hunting or talk about the sinister easter bunny since those are all pagan symbols of the fertility goddess Eostre. I told them about the true meaning of resurrection sunday--jesus. I think I'm doing a decent job of telling them about g-d and not letting them fall into the clutches of Satan. I'm going to take more pictures of them once they're all back from partying hard during spring break.  

Dr. Sarah Kim, Pharm. D. I'm visiting my wife at Rite Aid. She's the friendliest pharmacist in the world. Please don't ask her for illegal drugs or to get drugs without a doctor's prescription. She's also the most honest and ethical pharmacist in the world. 

Chris and Seung eating a ton of meat at Manna Korean BBQ. We had Cha Dohl Bae Gi (thinly sliced beef), Sam Gyub Ssal (Korean style bacon), and Gal Bi (Korean ribs). It's good to see that Chris can eat a lot more food now. He's finally getting his money's worth at all-you-can-eat places. He used to eat like a bird. He becomes starved every 30 minutes, but only needs to eat a few bites to get full. I'm like a camel. I can go for long periods without food and then pig out until my stomach becomes like a camel hump. I think I can survive out in the wilderness for a long time. I have an SUV-sized gas tank for a stomach which is all nicely packed in the sleek sports car body of mine. Seung has the biggest pectoral muscles out of all the Koreans I know. He loves kissing his 20" pythons after working out. He's a bodybuilder with a heart of gold.

Dr. Chris Choi, D.D.S. (Nice fake smile in this picture, but check out those perfect teeth!) He is the most eligible bachelor dentist in town. If you're a smokin' hot single girl, he's interested in you! 

Seung ("Josh" or "Joshik") and me at Manna Korean BBQ this last Friday. It was good hanging out with my old buddies from college (UCSD) again. We talked about old times and Josh getting a wife from Korea. 

XXXtreme Downhill Lugeboarding

I'm so angry at myself for accidentally deleting my best downhill bomb run that I got on video. This was at a different hill. That would have been XXXXtreme, but you'll just have to watch this one instead. I wish there were no cars in front of me and behind me. I wish I had green lights all the way down too. It's hard to make a perfectly smooth run due to all these cars and stoplights.

In the middle of my run, I ran out of steam. At the top of the hill, I kept waiting for these cars to pass me so that I could start my descent, but they kept coming. It prevented me from getting a fast and smooth start. I had to skate up to the next downhill due to the slower start. It wasn't as smooth of a run as I would have liked to have made and videotaped.

If you have any suggestions for good hills for me to go down, let me know. I want to conquer every hill. Just drive me to the top of a very long hill so that I don't have to walk the whole way up. Maybe, I should walk all the way up a long hill or mountain. I sure do need the exercise these days.

My longboard was hella wobbly, but I went down the hill anyway. Now, I've tightened it up. Hopefully, I can handle the hills better and go down faster next time.

This past Monday, I went down Grand Ave. in Downtown Los Angeles and I almost ate it. I hit a bump going down at full speed and my board was fishtailing like crazy. I scraped up both of my hands trying to control myself going downhill. That was scary!

These next 6 videos (or previous 6 depending on how you view them) are of me going downhill on some hills near my home. Kids, don't try this at home. Don't play on the streets. I just do this for cheap (free) thrills. I'm a thrill seeker, adrenaline junkie, and a daredevil.

There's this van in the beginning of my run that was trying to back out. It's very difficult to see because of the dark shadows on the left side.

I need to find some longer downhills. The only problem is getting to the top of the hills or getting back.

Anyway, this is a huge fun rush.
