Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden

Here are a few pics from our trip to the Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden in Claremont. Most of the flora are California native plants. The paths are like a maze through a desert garden. I thought it was fun, because I like to explore.

What beautiful gardens! I have heard wonderful things about the Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens in Richmond but have never been. I love the water features and the maze like paths. As long as you don't need a map to get out:)

Portia,

It's mostly a California desert type garden. They say it's 86 acres, but we didn't get lost. Only in the beginning is it confusing. There was hardly anyone there, especially at the furthest end of the garden. It's a nice dating course.

This maze wasn't too hard to escape from. And there were no minotaurs either.

The Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens look very beautiful! I hear Virginia is a pretty state. I'll have to visit there one day. Virginia is for lovers. That's what I keep hearing.
